Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened and/or used. If you would like to apply for a refund or exchange due to the product arriving incorrectly and/or damaged, please notify us within 14 business days.
Sample items are not able to be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Helios must be sealed and unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (email).

Each case is unique. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
